Fungi can be a serious indoor air concern.  However, this issue should not be allowed to be regarded as “unmanageable” causing panic in people discovering they might have this problem.  These problems are definable and manageable using current and developing engineering controls.

Our approach is to examine the property to define any real problem in the context of a practical solution.  These are not research projects for us.  However, we are cutting edge technology.  We are interested in practical problem definition and rapid solutions.  HTA diagnoses the problem, proposes alternative solutions with estimated costs, and makes recommendations.  HTA can implement as well as supervising the recommendation or client accepted solution.

HTA employees use on-site viability determination as well as on-site screening identification to speed up the diagnostic and corrective action steps.  We use physical and chemical mitigation and follow up for reuse or repair.
